Damaged, incorrect or defective items

Contact us with your order reference, product name and details of the issue. Photographs of the product, seal, batch label and packaging help our team investigate. Do not consume a product if its seal is compromised or you suspect a quality issue.

Returns

Contact our team before sending an item back so the issue and return arrangements can be reviewed. Food-product safety, condition and the reason for the request must be considered; this page does not impose a blanket exclusion of your legal rights.

Cancellation requests

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an arranged order. Our team will confirm the order's dispatch status and whether cancellation can be accommodated.

Refund assistance

For an approved refund, our team will confirm the amount, method and expected processing period directly. Do not send card details, passwords or OTPs.
